Peninsula Employee Assistance program.

At Family Wise, the senior leadership team is committed to providing support to all staff. To achieve this, we offer an Employee Assistance Program that is backed by a third-party service.

The program is completely confidential and separate from the business.

It’s not just a telephone service, going beyond talk therapy, it’s an app with loads of supporting offerings including meditation and sleep recording, help and advice and podcasts.

 

You choose your interests, and the app will help you achieve your goals or provide information.

Covering the core concerns: stress, anxiety, debt, work life, relationship, addiction and legal advice. and much more.

It also includes assessments, short-term counselling and referral services for employees & families.

Your login can be your personal email address, keeping it completely separate from the business.

WPA

On successful completion of your probation period, you will be eligible for the NHS Top Scheme Benefit.

The scheme gives you an allowance for basic medical needs, from eye tests, glasses and access to a virtual GP service, limited prescription allowance, and dental services to alternative therapies.

WPA provides you with additional support through counselling, health information, and guidance on debt/money management and can help with legal matters.
