Here are some keyboard tips and tricks! ❤️ 😀
Ctrl Z = undo
Ctrl Y = repeat/ redo an action
Ctrl C = copy & Ctrl V = paste
Ctrl X = cut/delete
Ctrl P = print
Ctrl O = open
Ctrl N = new (email/document etc)
F12 = save
Ctrl + mouse scroll = zoom in and out
Ctrl + Down arrow = Move the cursor to the beginning of the next paragraph.
Ctrl + Shift + N = Create a new folder
CTRL. + Tab = toggle between open internet pages.
Control + K = to check the link embedded in hyperlink.
Alt + Tab = key to switch between open programmes or tabs
Accidentally type with caps on? In Word, Shift +F3 will change anything from caps to no caps and vice versa.
