If you have any work-related concerns, rest assured that our HR team is always ready to lend a listening ear. You can approach any members of the team with complete confidence but, in the first instance, your line manager should be the first point of contact.

For convenience, many of the HR functions are managed through AI and rely on self-service. You have control of your data and documents through the apps.

Manage your contact details, emergency contact and annual leave requests easily with the Bright HR app. Upon starting, you will receive your login information and can download the app to view your requests. There is also Bright Exchange available through the app with plenty of discount codes.

Kirsty and Sophie are responsible for approving all annual leave requests.

As a small business, it is essential that we ensure there is sufficient staff to cover all of the functions, you will need to confirm that none of your team members will be on leave during the same period before booking your holiday.

It is our policy that annual leave is requested at least two weeks prior to making any arrangements and bookings.

It’s important to keep the team informed about your absence from the office if you’ve been granted time off. Remember to update the online rota and the calendar in the hallway so everyone is on the same page. Together, we can maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
