They said it couldn’t be done! Albert Kenneth Turberville, who were you? Well, perhaps if the BVD had given us his correct surname, and his actual date of birth, this might have gone easier! Congrats to Traci Tucker, whose persistence and hard work have managed to solve one of the most annoying BV list mysteries for a while, with judicious use of electoral registers, and a bit of luck, when we were on the verge of giving up.
