Our administrative team is a vibrant and close-knit group that is always quick to respond to the needs and requests of the business.
The team plays a key role, acting as the bridge between our case managers and clients. Their presence is essential in maintaining seamless communication and operations.
They are responsible primarily for ensuring that we correctly administrate all correspondence in and out of the office.
They work hard and undertake a high and varied volume of this work. As the first point of contact for clients, they have the responsibility of leaving a positive and lasting impression of our business.

The marketing team is responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of the business. Their main goal is to promote the company to the global community, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to attract customers and generate more revenue.
Our team consists of strategic thinkers who excel at handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Their contribution to our business is invaluable, as they promote our brand and play a significant role in our success.
By actively promoting the brand on social media, managing the community, and identifying influencers, they are able to deliver exceptional assistance. With the help of social listening, they can reach out to new opportunities and deliver performance reports and analysis, ensuring that the brand continues to thrive.
If you have any work-related concerns, rest assured that our HR team are always ready to lend a listening ear. You can approach any of these team members with complete confidence.
For convenience, many of the HR functions are managed through AI and rely on self-service. You have control of your data and documents through the apps.
Manage your contact details, emergency contact and annual leave requests easily with the Bright HR app. Upon starting, you will receive your login information and can download the app to view your requests. There is also Bright Exchange available through the app with plenty of discount codes.
Kirsty and Sophie are responsible for approving annual leave.
As a small business, it is essential that we ensure there is sufficient staff to cover all of the functions, you will need to confirm that none of your team members will be on leave during the same period before booking your holiday.
It is our policy that annual leave is requested at least two weeks prior to making any arrangements and bookings. Thank you.
It’s important to keep the team informed about your absence from the office if you’ve been granted time off. Remember to update the online rota and the calendar in the hallway so everyone is on the same page. Together, we can maintain a smooth and productive workflow.

Payday is the last working day of the month. It is essential that you log the number of hours you have worked on your Xero Timesheet at least three working days before the end of the month, which, to avoid any missed hours, we suggest updating your timesheet every week at the latest. Please keep in mind that submitting your timesheet by the deadline is crucial in order to prevent any delays or negative impacts.
Any invoices or estate costs such as certificates are submitted to the finance team to allow for efficient processing. Please send these to finance@family-wise.co.uk.

Our business thrives because of the indispensable work completed by the case support team. They handle important tasks like securing funds, disbursing estates, processing identifications, and estate administration.
The team act as an important link between our case managers and customers. They put in a lot of effort and handle a diverse and substantial workload.
