Tell us a bit about you:

My background is working in education, particularly working with students in colleges and university with dyslexia and additional needs. I have been a foster carer for the past 15 years.

I live near Fordingbridge in Hampshire where we are renovating a listed cottage, managing a large garden and having a go at growing our own veg. I have 2 elderly rescue Labradors Bruno and Patsy. I also have three ex-battery hens.

In my spare time, I belong to a choir and always like to be learning something new so am usually doing at least one online course at any time. Obviously, I like to do my own family history and local history projects as well!
